1. Sponsor

The Are You Feeling Lucky This Summer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by:

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to homeowners whose primary residence is located in Washington State and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of All Terrain Painting & Repairs N.W., LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on March 17, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST.

Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may receive up to four (4) total entries using the methods listed below.

Entry #1 – Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Participants may enter by mailing their information to:

Include the following:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• City of residence

Entry #2 – Past Client Entry

Participants who have completed a project with All Terrain Painting & Repairs N.W., LLC since January 1, 2026 may receive one additional entry.

Email the following information to:

Include:

• Name
• Project address
• Approximate project completion date

Entry #3 – Social Media Entry

Participants may receive one entry by:

• Sharing the official sweepstakes post on social media and tagging All Terrain Painting & Repairs NW, OR
• Posting a photo of their project and tagging All Terrain Painting & Repairs NW

Entry #4 – Customer Feedback Entry

Participants who have previously worked with All Terrain Painting & Repairs NW may receive one entry by submitting feedback about their experience.

Feedback may be submitted:

• Privately by email, OR
• Through a public review platform

5. Entry Limits

Participants may receive a maximum of four (4) entries total.

Entries exceeding the allowed limit may be disqualified.

6. Entry Collection and Record Keeping

All sweepstakes entries will be collected through:

• Email submissions sent to office@allterrainpaintingnw.com
• Mail-in entries received at the All Terrain Painting & Repairs N.W., LLC office
• Social media shares, customer feedback

Each entry will be recorded in the Sweepstakes Entry Log Spreadsheet maintained by All Terrain Painting & Repairs N.W., LLC.

Information recorded will include:

• Entry number
• Name
• Email address
• Entry type
• Date received

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

$1,000

The prize may be awarded as either:

• $1,000 cash, OR
• $1,000 credit toward a project with All Terrain Painting & Repairs N.W., LLC

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000.

8. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries.

The drawing will occur on or about June 1, 2026.

9. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

11. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

A Form 1099-MISC may be issued for prizes valued over $600.

12. Publicity

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree that All Terrain Painting & Repairs N.W., LLC may use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

All Terrain Painting & Repairs N.W., LLC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes.

14. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

15. Sponsor Rights

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
